Course description

In this course you’re going to extend your knowledge in IP networking and interconnecting network devices, get some advanced experience in working with Cisco IOS software and advanced administration commands. The knowledge and experience you’re going to get on the course is sufficient to install, configure and troubleshoot small and mid-size networks, interconnect them with wide area networks, monitor and maintain network devices.

Preliminary requirements

Before attending this course a learner has to have basic experience of working with IP networking, network devices, operating systems, Cisco IOS software and have basic knowledge of network security and Internet principals.

All the listed prerequisite requirements can be covered by taking ICND1 course.

Target audience

The course is targeted for network engineers, network helpdesk and system engineers and helpdesk, for network field engineers. It can be useful for any engineers who are going to design, plan, implement and maintain enterprise networks. And, of course, for those who are preparing to obtain CCNA certification.
